APC&E Commission Meeting Agenda

NORTH LITTLE ROCK - The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet June 23, 2017, at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters Commission Room, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Director Becky Keogh will present an agency report on matters concerning ADEQ programs.

The commission will consider the department’s petition to initiate rulemaking to revise Regulation 16.

Immediately after the commission meeting, the APC&EC Nominations Committee will meet.
