Arkansas Wastewater Licensing Committee to Meet

NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Wastewater Licensing Committee will meet at 9:00 a.m. on November 8, 2017, at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock. The meeting will be held in the first floor conference room, 1E09.

The committee will hold a hearing pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 8-5-201 et seq. Following the hearing, financial and licensing issue reports will be discussed by the committee. The committee will also consider reciprocity licensing requests and new training provider courses.

The committee advises and assists ADEQ and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the state’s wastewater treatment plant operator training and licensing program.
