Marketing Board for Recyclables and
Compliance Advisory Panel Meeting Scheduled
NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Marketing Board for Recyclables and Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its fourth quarterly meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2018, in Little Rock. A site tour will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Ace Glass, located at 3101 Dugan Street in Little Rock. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. onsite at Ace Glass.
At the meeting panel members plan to discuss small business outreach tools, 2019 legislative priorities, statewide recycling surveys, and participate in an infrared camera demonstration with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality’s (ADEQ) Air Inspectors.
The Marketing Board advises and assists ADEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program that was established to help small businesses with air permits.
