E-waste Collection Centers

Electronic waste, commonly called e-waste, is a fast growing component of our daily solid waste stream. Many electronics contain elements – lead, mercury, and cadmium, for example – that are safe when the items are used as directed but can be hazardous if disposed of in household trash and compacted at landfills. Many Arkansas communities offer electronic waste collection centers or events. Find an e-waste collection center in your area. Use the DEQ data search on this page or locate e-waste recycling centers by ZIP code by visiting Earth911 or downloading the Earth911 iRecycle mobile recycling app.
