Draft Water Permits at Public Notice

Search here for draft individual permits issued by DEQ's Water Office. Review the draft document and find the dates marking the beginning and end of each draft's public comment period.

The comment period for DEQ draft permits ends at 4:30 p.m. Central Time. If the last day of the comment period is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the public comment period expires at 4:30 p.m. on the next business day. Submit a public comment via email to Water Draft Permit Comment. Listed permits are for new coverage unless “Renewal” is included in the permit title.
