Water Quality Planning

The Water Quality Planning Branch of the Office of Water Quality, Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) consists of ecologists, biologists, and geologists who manage programs related to both surface water and groundwater. Responsibilities of the Planning Branch include the following Clean Water Act and Support Programs:
