Public Information
DEQ encourages the public to attend public hearings, comment on proposed actions, report pollution, and request records as necessary.
DEQ posts a wealth of information and resources directly on this website. We have online searchable databases containing information on most Arkansas facilities holding environmental permits, as well as other topics. The Public Information staff is happy to assist you in obtaining materials not posted on the DEQ website.
